Intertech @ Capco & Flux - Celebrating 50 Years of Pride with Matthew Todd

Intertech @ Capco & Flux - Celebrating 50 Years of Pride with Matthew Todd

We are super excited to announce an Intertech Pride event in collaboration with Capco and Flux - with tickets live from 10am Wednesday 5th June.

To mark the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots, we are proud to host former editor of Attitude Magazine, playwright and multi-award winning journalist, Matthew Todd. Matthew is the author of “Straight Jacket”, a revolutionary clarion call for gay men, the wider LGBT+ community, their friends and family, and most recently, “Pride: The Story of the LGBTQ Equality Movement”.

He will be joining us to speak about the origins of Pride, and where we stand today. We are delighted that such a powerful speaker will be sharing his words with us. We will also be showing a short excerpt from the 2019 documentary, “State of Pride” from Oscar-winning Directors, Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman.

This is a fantastic way to reconnect with Pride and the LGBT+ rights movement before the big day in London. There will also be a great selection of drinks and nibbles available on the night. Please join us.

Please note that sensitive subjects may be discussed during the event.
