Intertech @ Simply Business - Rethinking the 'Call Centre' for the 21st Century

Innovation happens everywhere. When should a company outsource vs just build the solution in house? Intertech are proud to announce our next event with Simply Business who recently came up against this very challenge in their customer service space.

We will be hearing from the Engineering and Data department at Simply Business to talk about how and why they avoided third party solutions to build their very own data sourced call centre system on their journey from ambitious start up to half-billion dollar company.

We'll be hearing from the following incredible speakers on the night, looking at three key parts of the Simply Business call centre:

  • Merve Taner - Senior Engineer
  • James O’Hare - Data Solutions Engineer
